What If My Wedding Is Disrupted By Covid 19?

Do you want to arrange your wedding, but are worried about Covid?

These have been unprecedented times. Everybody has been effected by Covid 19 to some degree or other and to a certain degree life as we know it seems to have been put on hold. There is light at the end of the tunnel though and it does seem likely that a vaccine will be available possibly even as early as this year.

Hoorah!! What a wonderful thing it will be to get on with our lives!

For those wishing to marry this may still be a nervous time. We have learnt to expect uncertainty, and booking wedding venues and suppliers may seem risky or problematic. Well, rest assured with Tim Whiting Photography that need not be the case. If your wedding runs into Coronavirus difficulty I will be on your side.

You can book me with confidence

As with all my wedding bookings (during Coronavirus times or not) I will always transfer my services to a new wedding date if required, and I will do this free of charge. If I am unavailable on this new date I will refund all monies paid.

So please take a look around my website. If you like what you see get in touch. Despite everything that has happened you can have the wedding that you want. And I’d love to be there to capture such a special occasion, providing you with beautiful photos that will let you treasure and also proudly share your memories with others.

Celebrating ten years of Unforgettable Weddings

Groom’s speech
Bride’s reaction to Groom

On 21 May 2010 Stephen rose to his feet in the dining room at Langtry Manor, Bournemouth. It was his wedding day and time for his speech. It went well. He said all his thank-you's and introduced his beautiful wife. I never imagined I would feature! But Stephen went on.. "Today is Tim’s first wedding. Let’s hope it won’t be his last!". Jokingly, this alluded to the potential risk they had taken hiring a new business (this wasn't lost on the guests, they all laughed). Well Stephen, thank you for the opportunity and here’s to another ten years!!

Groom’s joke

In truth I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I decided to become a wedding photographer. Yes, I had trained and prepared excessively to equip me for someone's special day. But the 10 - 12 hours I often spend at a wedding is only a fraction of what I do. As anybody who is self-employed will tell you plenty of time is spent on admin, accounts, software, training, developing a business model, developing a brand, advertising, websites… the list goes on. But I have loved it!

Without a doubt it has been a huge privilege to be part of so many lives. It is a great responsibility to capture a couples wedding day, and I am proud of what I have done (if not a little surprised how much I have been able to help people too!).

Every wedding is different. I've been to some amazing places and worked with some wonderful people. I don't know what the next ten years will bring, but I can promise the same level of commitment, quality and service that has come to define my business and reputation. Thank you to all the couples who have enjoyed my success, I am truly grateful for your support and the part you have played in my dream job.
